Freelance Designer and Illustrator Los Angeles, CA What I enjoy the most about art is the creative process: catching the spark of inspiration and developing it into a finished work. The exhilarating part is thinking about the character and their personality, how they would "pose" or behave in a picture, what they wear and where they're located. Composing the image to create a dynamic arrangement of all the elements, and most importantly telling a little story with every image. Currently I am studying the art of storyboarding at Concept Design Academy in Pasadena, CA. When not working, I like to hold nap marathons, travel whenever I can afford to, loose myself in a good book, stage a valiant effort to exercise regularly, and make out with my much beloved, if obligatory, cat (seems like every artist has one, doesn't it?). I am hopelessly fond of books and stationery supplies, and am an optimistic Gemini at heart. ^_^/ Prior to June 2007, I have created under the name of Olga Bosserdt. |
